Arrived at waterproof leather

素材を追求、辿り着いたのは“防水革”

超撥水、濡れてもダメージなし

革製品の天敵はやはり水。革にしみ込んだ水分は後に変色し革自体の状態を悪くします。 BLESSの製品では本体に姫路のタンナーが開発した防水革を使用。よくある表面だけの撥水加工ではなく鞣しの段階で防水剤を注入することにより芯まで防水機能があり驚きの撥水効果があります。

撥水糸で縫製部からも染み込まない

さらに長年の経験を積んだ兵庫県豊岡市のバッグ職人が超撥水糸で縫製することによりミシン目からの染み込みも防ぎます。 使い終わった後、濡れタオルでふき取ったりすることもできるのでメンテナンスも簡単です。 ※ファスナー部分などは防水ではありません。
